Q is Route Royal’s own AI. It is built into the product, so there is nothing to connect: it works as you, in the organisation you are in, with your role’s permissions.

- Ask Route Royal, the button on every page. Q knows the record you are looking at.
- AI Chat, under Tools.
- Ask Q on a task.
What Q does
Q reads and searches across your organisation, answers questions about your deals, bookings, projects and posts, and prepares changes for you.
You approve every change
Every change Q prepares waits for you. Nothing is saved until you choose Do this now.
AI allowance
Q’s work counts towards your plan’s monthly AI allowance, shown on the pricing page.
Some work, such as campaigns, websites and orders, is reached from an AI connected over MCP rather than from Q. See Connect your AI.
